Hi, and thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to helping you search for your new home or sell your current home. Buying or selling a property is an enormous undertaking, and you should choose your agent carefully. You must first consider what kinds of things are important to you.
Ideally, you will have a lot of communication with your real estate agent, so she should be someone with whom you feel comfortable. You will be divulging some personal information to your agent and listening to her advice, so she should be someone whom you trust. Buying or selling a home is, for most people, the largest financial decision of their life, so your agent should be someone who is up to date on real estate law, procedure, trends, activity, and much more. In addition, you will likely have many questions throughout the real estate transaction and will need frequent updates on the progress, so your agent should be someone who responds to your queries quickly, effectively, and clearly. You may have other requirements of your future Realtor, and I encourage you to carefully evaluate your needs before interviewing your agent.
Remember, your Realtor should be much more than just a "sales agent;" your Realtor is your partner, and your real estate experience will largely depend on your partner's ability to help you.
So, am I the right partner for you? I aspire to have all the above qualities and more. Please allow me to tell you a little bit about my experience, education, and philosophy.
