Experience

I have lived here in the Valley since 1993 and have become very familiar with the region, real estate trends, and market values. While living in Arizona, I founded and, for many years, ran a successful language school and translation business, Europa Languages. Here, I learned much about the meaning of excellent customer service, about the importance of attention to detail, and about the dramatic consequences of always striving to be the best and to surpass my clients' expectations.

After I sold my company, I began working at a law firm that specializes in real estate law. During the time I worked at this firm, I learned a lot about planning and zoning, about state, county, and municipal regulations and ordinances, and about real estate in general. I found all this very interesting, and so I decided to go to real estate school to learn more. I enjoyed learning about the buying and selling of residential real estate so much that I continued with my schooling, took the real estate licensing exam, and became a licensed Realtor. I have been a full-time real estate agent since 2003 and am licensed to practice in Arizona and New Mexico.
