What You Must Disclose to a Buyer
A home seller has a duty to disclose facts that are not readily observable, are not known to the buyer, and materially affect the value of the house. Arizona law requires that sellers disclose these important facts about the home even if the buyer or real estate agent does not ask. If you are thinking about selling your home and would like to learn more about what constitutes a material fact and want to protect yourself against any future legal action, contact me for a personal and confidential consultation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
