Dear Friends, Family, and Neighbors, I hope you're having a great 2007 and that you had a wonderful Holiday Season. This year over the holidays, I saw many good friends, shared a lot of fond memories, and took some time off. It was so nice, but I'm glad to be back at work doing what I love. If you are like me, as spring comes around, you are motivated to get some projects done around the house. So, that's why this month's articles, "12 Ways to a Quicker Sale and a Bigger Price" and "Turn Your Bathroom into an Oasis," concentrate on exactly that: giving you various ideas that are relatively inexpensive to implement but will increase the value of your property and the quality of life in your home. I hope you will be inspired and will find at least one project that you feel you can complete. If you do, I would love to see "before" and "after" photos for inclusion in a future newsletter.
